Refund Policy

14-Day Return Details

In the following specifications, the term "customer" refers to the end customer (natural or legal person purchasing for himself or others, but in any case not for resale or distribution of products).


If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with the order, or in the unfortunate event that products are delivered that do not conform to what was requested, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty by following the instructions below:


  1. a) The request for withdrawal and the return of the product must be made within the period of 14 days from the arrival of the goods, or other time window indicated at the time of the order (the tracking of the courier with which sends the products to the address provided by the customer will be the reference).


  1. b) will refund the full cost of the products returned by the Customer and the initial shipping costs incurred. The products must be: unworn, unused, and undamaged, as well as accompanied by their original tags and/or labels and the relevant receipt/receipt of consideration/invoice. The packaging must still be shrink-wrapped in its protective plastic, if the product provided it, such as the "Venus" blackhead aspirator. We will not accept returns without it, as this is the only way to guarantee that the product has never come into contact with the skin and can therefore be resold without risk.


  1. c) The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by writing to us at SUPPORT@NOVEY.STORE.

  1. g) Refunds will be made using the same method of payment as for the purchase. If the intended mode of payment is cash on delivery, the customer will provide the IBAN of a bank account or PayPal account to which to make the refund.


(h) will endeavor to promptly refund the Customer no later than 14 days from the date of return of the product. The actual refund to the customer's account may be delayed, depending on banking or payment service provider timelines.


(i) Incidental shipping charges chosen by the customer (e.g., COD or floor delivery/by appointment) will not be refunded. The standard shipping cost, if charged, will be refunded.


(i) The cost of returning products is the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for the item(s) subject to withdrawal during the period of the return for eventualities such as theft, damage, or loss, and is therefore invited to prefer - in its own interest and where it deems it appropriate - a type of traceable and insured shipment.


  1. l) The right of withdrawal does not apply to professionals, companies, and VAT numbers (reseller kits and individual products for which an invoice has been requested). Returns are not accepted if the product in question is a customized version.


If you have complied with all the required conditions, will refund the full price of the purchased products, excluding incidental shipping charges (e.g. cash on delivery or delivery to the floor / by appointment). The standard shipping cost, if charged, will be refunded. Conversely, you will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions. In this case, you may choose to have the purchased products back at your expense. Should you refuse this shipment reserves the right to retain the products and the corresponding amount for the purchase of the products.


If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for the shipping.

The return period may be extended if indicated in the purchase receipt, such as if you have included an additional warranty. (The 90-Day Guarantee is excluded, as this has different rules, explained in later chapters.)


Details on returns, refund, and shipping Damages and problems


Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.


Non-returnable items/exceptions


Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift certificates.




The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.




We will notify you once we receive and verify your return and inform you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded your original method of payment. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card to process and register your refund.


The refund includes only and exclusively the product. Tips, vouchers, coupons, additional collateral will NOT be refunded. We do NOT offer returns for late delivery, unless resulting from personal agreements made between The New World Project LLC team and the customer. However, our guarantee covers if the product is not received within 50 days of the order. To make a return, you must present a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or deny your claim.


If your application is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days (if you paid on delivery, we will refund on Paypal or Iban).


Late or Missed Refunds:


If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account.


Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted. If after going through all these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at SUPPORT@NOVEY.STORE.




We suggest that you notify us by email before proceeding with the return.


You will be responsible for paying shipping charges to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from it.


Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged item may vary.


If you are shipping an item valued over 50 euros, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or take out delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
